What payments do you take?

Cash-On-Delivery for deliveries in Ho Chi Minh City. For deliveries outside of Ho Chi Minh City we take direct bank transfers.

When will you ship my order?

All in-stock orders typically ship within 1-2 business days via Grab delivery within Ho Chi Minh City. Orders from outside of Ho Chi Minh City will be delivered by post and shipped within 1-2 business days, however, delivery estimates vary on a case-by-case basis depending on purchaser's location. If your package appears to be taking longer than expected to be delivered, contact us HERE so we can follow up for you.

Do you ship internationally?

Not yet, but hopefully in the future.

Do you accept returns or exchanges?

Yes. We want our merch to fit you and make you feel great so all unworn and unwashed garments can be returned or exchanged within 30 days of purchase. Please contact us HERE for return instructions. Note, all sale items aren't eligible for return or exchange.

When do I receive my refund?

Once your return is received, we will notify you that we have received your returned item and are processing your refund. Repayments may take time depending on bank policies so please be patient with us.

Can I purchase your garments anywhere else?

Not at the moment. All of our copyrighted items can only be purchased here in our online shop. If you see them for sale elsewhere, please let us know HERE
