In Vũng Tàu, no name (không tên) joints abound but at this awesome one, where the lady spins her woks like a DJ does their vinyl on the decks, making Vietnamese-style savoury “pancakes” has proven you don’t need to be called anything to make a name for yourself!
It’s brilliant bánh xèo with some theatre AND she also has her own take on the local favourite bánh khọt!
It’s a must-visit when you go to Vũng Tàu!
