Ho Chi Minh City is running hot with great barbershops at the moment, so we wanted to share five more with you that have never been featured on The Bureau until now.

Le Barbier De Saigon District 2

Le Barbier De Saigon’s services are very competitive starting at VND250,000 for a haircut, VND450,000 for a combo haircut and beard trim, or add on an extra VND50,000 if you’re after the combo head shave and beard.

They also have full waxing services starting with eyebrows from VND250,000-300,000 ranging all the way up to their eye-watering “Boy Brazilian” wax (VND750,000) which makes short shrift of your hair where the sun don’t shine.

Le Barbier De Saigon is a nicely put together space, their barbers are professional and have built a reputation for providing quality cuts and shaves.

There’s also a relaxing waiting area where you can enjoy a cold beer, thumb through a magazine or browse some of the menswear on sale.

The Men Barbershop District 4

The Men Barbershop is conveniently located in District 4 opposite the Ben Nghe canal not far from the Calmette Bridge that connects to District 1.

Open 7-days a week, The Men Barbershop is owned and operated by David Phan, a young local who has been barbering for over 10 years.

Prior to opening his own barbershop, David worked for legendary Saigon barbers Barbershop Vu Tri and rose the ranks to become one of the duo’s most popular and trusted barbers.

There are six barbers to choose from who can have you looking sharp for VND80,000. A shave will set you back just VND10,000 while a shampoo and face massage costs VND60,000.

There’s also a wide selection of pomades for sale.

The Men Barbershop is at 182 Ben Van Don Street, District 4, HCMC

Barbershop Bar Dy District 12

Barbershop Bar Dy has five barbershops in Ho Chi Minh City and now one on wheels.

Yes, that’s right. Barbershop Bar Dy has just recently launched what we think is Vietnam’s first mobile barbershop.

The idea behind the mobile barbershop came about as a way to support Vietnam’s poor and disadvantaged communities in remote areas, not only in Ho Chi Minh City, but in other cities and provinces across the country.

Inside the mobile barbershop, there’s enough space for two clients and two barbers to work comfortably.

The space is light and airy and equipped with just about everything you would expect inside a regular barbershop.

4RAU Barbershop District 7

4RAU Barbershop has a new edition to its growing stable of shops and in great news it’s located in District 7.

Haircuts start at VND70,000, meanwhile a hot and cold towel shave will set you back VND120,000.

And if you’re looking to cover up some of those silver hairs that have begun to appear, 4RAU can take care of them for a mere VND140,000.

The 4RAU Barbershop brand is inspired by 1920s and 1930s American culture and has a decidedly hipster vibe to it.

In case you’re wondering, rau is the word for beard in Vietnamese.

This location brings the number of 4RAU Barbershops across the city to three, with their flagship location at 634 Dien Bien Phu Street, District 10 and their 4RAU Deluxe Signature at 77 Yersin Street, District 1.

4RAU Barbershop District 7 is at 19 Ton Dat Tien Street, District 7, HCMC
