On arrival, couples will be treated to a glass of Rosé Champagne, before starting an exceptional gastronomic journey of flavours, aromas and textures.

Hyatt Regency Bangkok Sukhumvit is embracing the old adage that oysters are an aphrodisiac as it sets guests up for a night of romance with a fresh oysters and champagne spread this Valentine’s Day.

The backdrop for the evening is the hotel’s rooftop lounge and bar – Spectrum – which affords guests an ever-changing view of the city’s glittery night lights.
