Award-winning Anan Saigon welcomes Chef Jutamas “Som” Theante from Karmakamet Conveyance in Bangkok for an exclusive four-hands dinner with Chef Peter Cuong Franklin this Oct. 15 for one night only in Ho Chi Minh City.
Chef Som is recognised as one of the leading and most respected chefs in Thailand.
Her background in the fine arts and philosophy of “the happiness of cooking for your loved ones” drives her creativity in the culinary arts.
She is currently the executive chef and co-owner of Karmakamet Conveyance.
Chef Peter Cuong’s creative modern Vietnamese cuisine reflects his vision of a new Vietnam that is deeply respectful of its history and traditions yet progressive and international in its outlook.
He takes inspiration from the country’s vibrant regional food culture and uses fresh ingredients often sourced from local markets while incorporating French culinary techniques.

Guests will experience modern Thai-Asian and Vietnamese flavours from the minds of two of the most creative chefs working in Southeast Asia today.
The menu will feature 10 creative dishes accompanied by five curated wine pairings from Fleur de Prairie, Los Vascos and Springfield Estate.
The price for the dinner is VNS2.5 million per person inclusive of wine pairings.
