The bold, mouthwatering flavours of Malaysia will be showcased nightly during “A Taste of Malaysia” at Parkview Restaurant at New World Saigon Hotel from Sep. 5 to 11.
A collaboration between the hotel, New World Hotel Petaling Jaya and the Malaysia Tourism Board, the new Malaysia Ambassador, Her Excellency Dato’ Shariffah Norhana Syed Mustaffa, will officially kick-off the delicious festivities at the Sep. 5 opening.
A bounty of Malaysia’s signature dishes will be featured on the buffet, including lobster curry laksa, chicken roti Murtabak and deep-fried fish with sambal.
These classics will be authentically prepared by multi award-winning executive chef Alex Chong, who will bring his special Malaysian culinary flair to the occasion.
Available 6pm to 10 p.m. nightly, “A Taste of Malaysia” buffet is VND1,100,000 per adult and VND550,000 for children ages five to 12, excluding tax and service charge.
