Chef Luke paid tribute to his team for maintaining the standard of excellence diners had come to expect at the restaurant.
“We have stayed focused on our vision and we have been able to keep executing at the highest level,” Chef Luke said.
Mr Kai Speth, WMC Group Vice President Operations and Business Performance, said the restaurant’s goal of being a ‘must-do’ dining destination had continued in its second year.
“Ho Chi Minh City has an intensely competitive restaurant market, and to still be at the very top is a tremendous achievement,” he said.
Vietnam House is located in a restored colonial building on the corner of Dong Khoi and Mac Thi Buoi in the heart of the city, which once housed the famed Café L’Imperial in the early 1900s and was a popular destination for the city’s affluent business class.
The Vietnam House anniversary dinner is for a minimum of two people per booking.
Seats are limited, so advance booking is recommended.
Vietnam House is at 93-95 Dong Khoi St., District 1, HCMC. For more on Vietnam House, go to http://vietnamhousesaigon.com/[Google_Maps_WD id=72 map=70]
