This year’s event is honoured to have diamond sponsor Lexus – the world’s leading luxury car brand. With the same goal of creating luxury lifestyle experiences, Lexus and Sofitel are hoping to bring exhilarating moments for gourmet lovers in Saigon.

The chefs will cook together for cooking classes, lunches and dinners with each event featuring two to three chefs. Every event, every menu will be different to underline how subtle and innovative high gastronomy can be.

The highlight of the week will be the Chefs Battle & Gala Diner on Nov.17

The highlight of the week will be the Chefs Battle and Gala Dinner on Saturday, Nov. 17 in the Diamond Hall. All five chefs will team up with local talents to prepare the main course for 120 lucky guests. The gala dinner will include a four-course dinner crafted by Executive Chef Stéphane Postoyan and his team. The main course will also be the result of their creation from the “Chef’s Black Box.”

It promises to exceed your expectations by bringing the best food, wine and service together while being given the opportunity to watch the chefs’ creative talents live. The Chefs Battle will be judged by Celebrity Chef Jack Lee, among other stars.
