15 ml Japanese plum wine (umeshu)

15 ml homemade vanilla syrup

30 ml fresh lemon juice

30 ml egg white

50 ml Macallan 12 Year Old Fine Oak Whisky

1 piece of fresh cherry

Garnish: Dehydrated lemon & thyme

 

DIRECTIONS

1. Combine

2. Muddle

3. Shake

4. Add garnish

Glassware: Coupe cocktail glass
