INGREDIENTS

Serving 1

60 ml Rittenhouse rye

15 ml St-Germain elderflower liqueur

2 dashes Peychaud’s bitters

2 dashes Angostura bitters

Garnish: Lemon peel

 

DIRECTIONS

1. Rinse rock glass with absinthe

2. Combine ingredients in glass

3. Stir

4. No ice
